Terms of Service

WorthScene is a personal watchlist. By creating an account you agree to what follows. If you do not, do not use the service.

What the service is

WorthScene stores a list of films and shows you choose to save, ranks it by IMDB score, and tells you where those titles are streaming in the country you set. It is provided free and as-is, with no uptime promise and no warranty of any kind.

Your account

• You must be old enough to hold an account where you live.
• You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
• One person, one account. Automated or scripted use of the service and its API is not permitted.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account menu. Deleting it removes your data — see the Privacy Policy.

Your content

Your watchlist is yours. We claim no rights over it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything. We process it only to run the features you asked for.

What we may do

We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the service — scraping, overwhelming the API, or attempting to reach another user's data. We may change or end the service; if it ends, you will be given a way to export your list first.

Third-party data

Film and show metadata, artwork, availability and scores come from TMDB and OMDb. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is accurate or current. Streaming availability in particular changes without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WorthScene is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is free; nothing here creates a paid obligation.
